In today’s world where the cost of living is up, up, up and jobs pay nothing extra, people need to find a more frugal way to keep up.
Enter Generation DIY; a group of people ranging something’s to 40 something’s, who may not be established enough in their careers to make what they would like to but are creative enough to figure out a way to still get what they want out of their homes regardless.
These DIY designers watch HGTV religiously, spend some good quality time with design mags, talk design on blogs and browse Flickr’s photo galleries to find inspiration. After they have designed their own home in their own unique way, they then post it to blog spots all over the web to motivate others and gain expericence.
