I think what makes the restaurant remarkable is the impressive ceiling height and that stunning original stone wall. The linear celebrated wine display adds to the charm of this grand restaurant in downtown Napa. Ubuntu occupies a two-story volume in a 19th century stone structure. The space was transformed using sustainable and recycled materials to accentuate the inherent beauty of the existing building. The design is furthermore accentuated by the custom lighting fixtures and Pharos transparent Pendants from Niche Modern. The stunning large community table was built with solid slabs of two windfall trees from Occidental, California. A beautifully designed restaurant.
