The Problem

The game changed, but nobody was keeping score

In late 2023, I noticed something strange. Brands with incredible SEO—#1 rankings, strong content, healthy traffic—were completely invisible in ChatGPT and Perplexity.

I tested 100 customer queries for a client. Their brand appeared in 8 of them. Eight out of 100.

AI platforms were choosing which brands to recommend, and most brands had no tools to measure or fix it.
