There are no per-user fees, and you can cancel or downgrade at any time while keeping access to existing invoices.¹²

Privacy and data residency

Data residency is DoneAndBilled’s clearest point of difference. The product stores data exclusively on EU servers, describes itself as GDPR by design, and even self-hosts its analytics on EU infrastructure rather than using a third-party tracker.
