Company

SUKO Nordic was founded in 2004 by molecular biologists Monica Takamiya Wik and Peter Kristoffersen ². The co-founders met in the mid-1990s at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research in Cologne, where both studied plant signaling and defense mechanisms ⁷. They later gained experience in human health research at the Technical University of Denmark and the University of Copenhagen, as well as in the medical and biotech industry ⁷.
