Zerentry (also rendered as Zerentry AI; domain zerentry.com) is an AI-powered invoice data entry product for small businesses and bookkeepers working in the Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho Books ecosystems. The product is operated from Switzerland by solo founder Phi Ng and entered public beta in April 2026, capped at the first 100 workspaces.¹²

Zerentry extracts structured data from invoices and receipts (vendor, amount, VAT, line items) using large language models rather than templated optical character recognition, and syncs the result to the user’s accounting ledger.¹ Features advertised on the product site include per-field confidence scores with inline editing, self-learning from user corrections, duplicate detection via vector similarity, anomaly detection across four rules, AI chat across uploaded documents, semantic search, bulk upload, optional human-in-the-loop review, audit logs, and SOC 2-compliant hosting.¹³

Document ingestion is supported through direct upload and Gmail forwarding.¹

Phi Ng built Zerentry over approximately six months while consulting full-time, according to a retrospective posted by the founder to the r/microsaas subreddit on April 16, 2026.⁵ The product’s Organization schema declares a foundingDate of 2026¹, consistent with that timeline. The public launch on Product Hunt took place on April 7, 2026.⁶
